How does Rebatik cashback work?
The public site currently demonstrates the intended cashback flow with sample stores and demo rates. In the live version, Rebatik will use tracked affiliate links and share part of the commission with shoppers as cashback.
How do I sign up?
Click the 'Sign Up' button on our homepage and create an account with your email or Google account. It's completely free — no credit card required.
Is Rebatik really free?
Yes. Rebatik is designed to be free for shoppers. The current public experience is a preview, but the live business model is still commission sharing from affiliate partners rather than charging users.
How do I activate cashback for a store?
Right now you can browse sample stores and preview the activation flow. After live launch, this will open the merchant in a new tab with cashback tracking enabled for that session.
Cashback & Tracking
How long does it take to receive my cashback?
Cashback typically appears as 'Pending' within 24-48 hours of your purchase. It moves to 'Confirmed' after the store's return window closes (usually 30-90 days). Once confirmed, you can withdraw it.
Why is my cashback still pending?
Cashback remains pending until the store confirms your purchase and the return window closes. This protects both you and the store from returns and cancellations. The typical wait time is 30-90 days depending on the store.
Why was my cashback rejected?
Cashback can be rejected if the order was cancelled or returned, if the purchase didn't meet the store's qualifying criteria, or if you didn't click through Rebatik before purchasing.
How can I maximize tracking reliability?
Always begin from a Rebatik store page, complete checkout in the same browser session, and avoid opening competing attribution links before purchase.
How do I track my cashback?
Visit your Dashboard to see all your transactions. Each purchase shows its status (Pending, Confirmed, Paid, or Rejected) along with the cashback amount earned.
Withdrawals & Payouts
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00. Once your confirmed balance reaches this threshold, you can request a withdrawal to your preferred payout method.
What payout methods are available?
We currently support PayPal, direct bank transfer, and store gift cards. Gift cards include a 5% bonus on your cashback balance. You can configure your preferred method in Settings.
How long do withdrawals take?
PayPal withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days. Bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days. Gift cards are delivered instantly to your email.
Are there any fees for withdrawals?
No! There are no fees for withdrawing your cashback. The full amount you request is what you'll receive.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and scroll to the Password section. Enter your current password and your new password. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
How do I update my payout information?
Navigate to Settings in your dashboard and find the Payout Settings section. You can add or update your PayPal email or bank account details there.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up and make their first qualifying purchase, both you and your friend earn bonus cashback. Track your referrals from the Referrals page.
Can I delete my account?
If you'd like to delete your account, please contact our support team at support@rebatic.com. We'll process your request and ensure any remaining confirmed cashback is paid out to you first.
