Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Rebatik platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rebatik Technologies Inc. (“Rebatik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. Accounts registered by automated means (bots) are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or merged.

4. How Cashback Works

  • Where live cashback is enabled, you must click through Rebatik to the merchant before making a purchase.
  • Any live cashback rates are set by participating merchants and may change at any time. The rate displayed at the time of your click applies to that transaction.
  • Cashback is tracked as “Pending” until the merchant confirms the transaction, typically after their return/cancellation window closes (30-90 days).
  • We reserve the right to adjust or void cashback in cases of fraud, returns, cancellations, or merchant corrections.
  • Using tools or flows that interfere with affiliate tracking, including ad-blockers or competing attribution links before purchase, may void your cashback.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days to your selected payment method.
  • Available payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and gift cards. Availability may vary by region.
  • Rebatik reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review.
  • Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may have their balance forfeited after written notice.

6. Referral Program

  • You may refer friends using your unique referral link. Both you and the referred user may receive a bonus upon the referred user's first qualifying purchase.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral abuse (including paid advertising of referral links without approval) are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
  • Referral bonuses and terms are subject to change at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse cashback or referral offers.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to manipulate cashback tracking, inflate purchase amounts, or exploit system errors.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Rebatik or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Stores & Links

Rebatik may facilitate cashback through third-party merchants once live partnerships are enabled. We are not responsible for the products, services, content, or practices of these third parties. Your purchases from participating stores are governed by their own terms and conditions. We act solely as an intermediary for cashback tracking and do not guarantee the quality, delivery, or outcome of any purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebatik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of cashback due to tracking failures, merchant rejections, or system errors. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the cashback amount in dispute or $100, whichever is less.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cashback will be successfully tracked for every purchase.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any confirmed but unpaid cashback balance may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
